Downtown Loft with historic charm

Stay in historic downtown Ripon, less than a block away from it all! It has large beautiful windows to watch the downtown bustle, as well as see the magical night-time lights. The moment your leave the front door you'll have famous shops, on point drinks, amazing food, Wisconsin ice cream, retro candy, coffee shop, and much more! 10 minutes from Green Lake! 30 minutes from Oshkosh and Fond du Lac. Less than 90 minutes away from Appleton, Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, etc. The space We have a queen bed with a comfy topper in the main bedroom as well as a dresser. We also have 4.5 inch memory foam mattress in a pullout couch in the living room! Large, spacious bathroom with glass door shower. Kitchen stocked with the essentials, microwave, coffee maker, a countertop stove but no oven. Brand new A/C units installed in the bedroom as well as the living room! Adjustable radiator heat in the winter. (It's an old building!) Guest access You will have access to the entire loft suite, except a closet where cleaning supplies are kept. Other things to note Shared outdoor entrance and hallway to your loft. (Other rental is currently being rented)
