Attractive villa with pool and view of Kvarner. Located in a quiet location above Lovran. The villa has been rented since 2018 and has been rated by our guests with a high 4.97 ⭐️ rating. The space A ground floor house, modernly decorated and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Guest access Guests have access to a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a table and chairs on the terrace and a barbecue. Free parking is available on-site. Other things to note The host greets the guest at the first arrival to the villa. the security deposit is 400€ in cash, when leaving the villa the host returns the deposit in full if there is no damage in the villa. So far, we've never had any damage.
