Day trips to Baltimore, DC, Philly. This home is ideal for reunions, long stays, remote work. Beds/sofabeds for the first 11 guests; Air mattresses provided only if the house is reserved for more than 11 guests (extra $). Park 3 cars for free. Elegantly furnished. Perfectly located. The space Experience our spacious home with water views, far enough to feel like you’re on an island and close enough to drive to Baltimore, DC, and Philadelphia. Rental boats, canoes, and jet skis are available at a 5-minute drive. The house sleeps 11 people on beds (6 on king/queen beds, 4 on bunk beds, and 1 on sofa bed in the office). We provide two 18-inch high high-quality queen-size air mattresses only when the house is reserved for over 13-15 guests. Last minute request for air mattresses (when the reserved guest guest was less than 13) cannot be accommodated since our cleaning team requires advance notice to set them up. Max. capacity with air mattresses is 15 guests. You will enjoy self-check-in with a keyless entry to this home with an easy access code, high-speed internet, free parking for 3-cars, and near-zero traffic due to its cul-de-sac location. For guests with limited mobility, a master bedroom with a king bed, master bath, Smart TVs, living, and dining are all on the main floor. The living room has comfortable seating for 6-8 people. It has an electric fireplace and an outside patio with gorgeous water views (varies with the season). A 65-inch SmartTV adores this space. Netflix and Amazon Prime are on us. Use your own credentials for HBO, Disney+, Hulu, and other streaming services. On the second floor, the main bedroom boasts a canopy bed. For your infant, there is a crib with bedding (free of charge). Enjoy the gorgeous water views from the balcony and swivel chairs. Your kids will love the four bunk beds in their own room with a play area. Then there is a dedicated home office with an elliptical foot rest, USB ports, and other amenities for remote work. A full bathroom on this floor is located next to a large open loft. The kitchen has plates, utensils, and silverware enough for 12 guests. Unwind with a dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and laundry/washer/dryer (located behind the kitchen) with an iron and ironing board. Please note that only starter pods for the coffee maker, dishwasher, and laundry are supplied. You may have to purchase more depending upon your use and duration of stay. The walkout basement has a full bedroom, kind bed, bathroom, kitchen countertops, and a sitting area with a 50-inch Smart TV. Enjoy the outdoors on the patio (exterior furniture provided). For your safety, exterior cameras are installed. Please walk around the house and make a special note of camera locations. Balconies have outdoor chairs for you to bask in the sunlight. However, keep noise levels low so neighbors are not disturbed. Guest access The front door has a keyless entry pad. We will send you the access code a day before your check-in. For your safety, we ask that you Do NOT walk toward the water beyond the black fence in the backyard. It's risky. There is a steep grade and you will be responsible for any injuries. Other things to note Please drive at <10 miles/hour on the road in front of the house. Speed cameras might be in place. This house was built in 2022. Within a 10-minute drive, you’ll find a supermarket/groceries, an indoor flea market, a marina, state park, gas station, pizza shop, convenience stores, pharmacy, Dunkin’ Donuts, etc. Boat/canoe rentals are located within a five-minute drive. Outdoor/water activities are at your own risk. The property is not childproof, and the hosts are not responsible for any injuries incurred during the stay. No refunds are available for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things beyond our control. Do not park on the sidewalks or curbs along the road. Our HOA is strict, and you can get a ticket. Strictly park in the garage or driveway.
