We always try to go above and beyond for our guests. When you arrive, you'll be greeted with a basket of snacks. We provide coffee, creamer and sugar so you don't have to worry about picking up these supplies before you check in. If you have a special request, like flowers or balloons for a special occasion just ask! We can provide these services for a small fee. This complex is walking distance or a very short Uber ride to the entertainment district. Guest access The condo is located on the 2nd floor and can be accessed by 1/2 flight of stairs. You'll have access to the all amenities including the heated pool, hot tub, gym, shared laundry facilities and gas grills. There is one covered parking spot very close to the condo. TPT 21405230 Other things to note The complex uses a central heating/cooling system that can only operate in one mode at a time. Heat is on during the colder months and AC is on during the warmer months. I provide a portable AC unit and space heater in the unit at all times in the event that we experience an unusually warm day while the heat is still on or an unusually cold day while the AC is on.
