The space Enjoy a master bedroom with king-sized bed (150cm x 200cm), black-out curtains, two side tables, double wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The living room has a small balcony and contains a high-quality futon (from The Futon Company) that can be easily converted into an extremely comfortable double bed (135cm x 190cm). There is also a 55-inch Widescreen Full HD Samsung TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime, allowing you access to hundreds of movies, TV shows and documentaries on demand. There is free connection to the high speed WiFi, and unlimited downloading / streaming is included. The living area includes a dining table with 4 chairs, with plates, glasses and cutlery provided. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also available. A fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen will be at your disposal for all your culinary needs. Kitchen utilities include an oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer, kettle, etc. The bathroom has a bath which includes a built-in shower. There is also a bathroom cabinet with mirror, and a further full-length mirror in the hallway. Located on the 4th floor (please note there is no lift), therefore please bear this in mind if you will have large pieces of luggage and/or small children. Please note: In the UK, the ground floor is at street level, with the first floor above it, followed by the second floor, and so on. Guest access Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Other things to note Please kindly note that no smoking is allowed in this property. The apartment accommodates up to 4 people: 2 adults sharing the king-sized-bed in the bedroom, and 2 adults sharing the double Futon in the living room. Please note that if you are only 2 guests it will be assumed that you are sharing the king bed in the bedroom, and the sofa bed in the living room will not be set up. If you are only 2 guests and need the sofa bed set up then please let us know when you make the booking. For check-in, keys are picked up from a nearby keynest location a 3-minute walk away. Key codes will be provided once you have booked. Check-in is anytime after 4pm on the day of your arrival, and check-out is anytime before 10am on the day of your departure. Kindly note that due to insurance purposes, the cleaning company have regulations which prohibit us from allowing early check-in/luggage drop-off, or later check-out/luggage pick-up.
