The space Heliconia Chalet is situated adjacent to The Villa of Cahaya Villa. Its a private chalet with a loft bedroom and a small living room, 1 bathroom, kitchenette with dining table for 2, patio, private jacuzzi and semi outdoor kitchen. Flat screen TV, Mini fridge and microwave is also provided. The loft bedroom is linked by a wooden staircase, can sleep 2 guests on the double bed and additional 1 adult or 2 children on the sofa bed. Or can opt sleeping on the sofabed in the living room while cosying yourselves watching Netflix movie. Guests can relaxing n unwind in the private semi outdoor jacuzzi beside the chalet and cook their own food in the semi outdoor kitchen behind the chalet. BBQ can be arranged. Gate 1: CV1 (The Villa) Gate 2: CV2 (The Chalets: Heliconia Chalet & Alpinia Chalet) Gate 3: CV3 (Calathea Room, Pisonia Room, Bauhinia Room, Vernonia Room and Plumeria Suite) Please proceed to Gate2 for CV2 Other things to note The wooden staircase that connected the living room to the loft bedroom is quite narrow, however it is safe and fun to use but please always take a precaution especially if u have an elderly or kids in your group. The RULES and REGULATIONS: 1. Please follow the check in and check out instructions provided 2. Check in time is at 3.00pm 3. Check out time is before 12.00pm 4. NO smoking at anytime inside the house 5. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor social area only 6. Please observe and practice the cleanliness and safety guidelines inside the property all the time 7. Guests can use all the facilities and appliances provided with due respect to its functions and always handle the usage with care and cleanliness. 8. The BBQ sessions is only allowed to be conducted in the private outdoor social area using the provided BBQ pit and utensils for a safety reason. 9. Jacuzzi usage is at guests own risk and please observe all the standard safety of the jacuzzi. 10. Maximum up to 5 people in the pool at one time to avoid discomfort or accident. 11. Guests must use proper swimming attire for their own safety and comfort 12. All appliances used must be cleaned, washed and placed back to its original locations. (These includes all electrical appliances, kitchenware, dishes, cutlery, placemats, BBQ pit and utensils, etc) 13. NO ALCOHOL and NON-HALAL food allowed on the premise at all time 14. NO loud noise and loud music allowed on the premise at all time. Please respect and observe the sensitivity of the local people/neighbourhood and surau/mosques nearby 15. NO events, parties and gatherings allowed in the premise. 16. DO NOT litter. Please place all the trashes in the bin provided and use the recycle coding respectively. 17. Any damage or missing items will be charged three (3) times of the price for each items. 18. Penalty will be imposed if leave the house in bad and messy condition. 19. Vandalism and nuisance is a crime. Please take care of your family members and do not involve in any of these offences at all time on the premise.
