Enjoy this one bedroom flat set among mature trees with both heatpump and pellet fire. There is a small kitchenette and off-street parking. Central Dunedin is a 10 minute drive and the local Mornington stores are a short 10 minute walk away. The space You will have your own private bathroom, the flat is attached to our family home but you will have your own private external access so you don't need to see us at all (unless you want to!) There is a double bed in the living room which provides an option for a third and fourth guest. Sheets, pillows and blankets will be provided for the bed if you book for more than two people or request. We will provide a simple breakfast of cereal, toast, milk jam etc.
