This modern beach house is located across the street from Long Island Sound and has easy access to the shorefront. This unique property enjoys low tide sandbars the size of football fields and deep water fishing, swimming and other water sports at high tide. The house is a 2 minute walk to the "Bonfire" Bar & Grill. It is only a 3 minute walk to an active Orthodox Synagogue on the other corner. The neighborhood history dates back to the 1700's. The space This Duplex is very spacious with rooms being able to accommodate a large family with luggage and belongings. There is a 2-car single lane driveway dedicated to the user of this Airbnb. Closets, coatrack and space for hanging clothing are all included. Freshly laundered linens and towels are all included. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire house and storage spaces. Access to the premises is with an electronic code on the front entry door handle. In addition, there is access through the kitchen via a sliding glass door leading to the driveway. Other things to note The owners of the property live on the beachfront property across the street and are willing to afford beach chairs, water toys and assistance when necessary. Access to the beach is easy and available 24 hours a day. Fishing is plentiful and can be arranged. Additional water sports I.E., fishing trips, boating, tubing and water skiing are available at an additional cost.
