Description

Apartment located on the third floor of a perfectly renovated period building, built by my grandfather. It is located right in the center of Rome, a stone's throw from the Colosseum metro station (200 meters) and in the typical Monti neighborhood, full of restaurants, stores, and small shops of local artisans. A short walk from the beautiful Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and the main points of interest in central Rome. The space The house consists of a bright double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and a large window, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen-living room (boiler, toaster and washing machine, oven, moka coffee maker) with a window, a comfortable sofa (also a sofa bed if necessary) and a bathroom with a large shower, toilet, bidet and window. All rooms of the house are equipped with large and bright windows and air conditioning. Linen and complimentary soaps are included in the price available to guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note There is no elevator in the building. In the event of early check-in or late check-out, there is a luggage storage room immediately outside to the right of the main door of the building (in Via del Colosseo).
