Modern 3-story Mediterranean-style country house with incredible mountain and ocean views. It is the perfect place for nature lovers, a place to disconnect, work remotely or escape from the routine to do active mountain sports. The space A three-story house with four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace and air conditioning, attached to the fully equipped kitchen. The first bathroom, as well as a pantry where the washing machine is located. Outside we have a large terrace with table and chairs, a relaxation area and a barbecue to make the best paellas or barbecues. On the first floor, there are 2 double bedrooms with a balcony to the outside and 1 double bedroom with a window, all equipped with large built-in closets and a ceiling fan. There is also the second bathroom, with a huge rain shower. Finally, on the second floor, we find the last room with a sofa bed and floor cushions, ideal for disconnecting. Next to it is the second terrace, with incredible views of the mountains of the Vall de Laguar and the Mediterranean Sea. A great area to see the stars in the moonlight. Guest access The house has high-speed fiber optic, ideal if you are thinking of spending a few days in nature while teleworking. The house is perfectly equipped to spend time with family and children. We have a high chair with a tray and a portable crib for babies. If you're traveling with your baby, let us know so we can prepare everything to make your stay more comfortable. For long stays, there is a possibility of using the washing machine. Other things to note The village of Benimaurell is a unique and quiet place, full of peace. We appreciate your help in maintaining that calm by controlling noise, especially after 10 pm. We strongly request responsible use of water and electricity. Currently, the area is in a very dangerous drought process for the ecosystem of the Valencian Community. Pets are allowed in the house, as long as advance notice is given. We ask that animals be respectful of the house's furniture.
