Warmth and tranquility of home, very close to downtown. Very quiet and strategic neighborhood. 20 minutes from downtown by bus/metro and 5 minutes walk from nature (Casa de Campo). The space The apartment has a separate living room with a large terrace. There are 4 rooms for the 4 people who live in the house (or are visiting Madrid). The apartment is very bright and has been recently renovated. There is a full bathroom and a toilet. Guest access You can enjoy the kitchen, living room, master bathroom and toilet. With common sense (avoiding long times), so that everyone in the house can be comfortable. The terrace is spacious and also available.
