Other things to note The house is stocked with the necessities, coffee pods, sugar, creamer, cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper towels/toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/soap & some spices. Just bring your food, any specific spices and beverages. Grill is gas and we provide grilling utensils. We don’t provide plastic wrap/foil/baggies. Please understand, we are in a heavily wooded, mountainous area. You might encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon,skunk, opossum, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants and the occasional stray cat or dog. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We cannot control mother nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
