Well-situated in just stone throw away from the Yarra River side, also close to entertainment and business precinct, staying in this apartment would give you countless options of the best dining and refreshment options. The space Two-bedroom and two-bath apartment located in a prestigious area of Freshwater Place. Benefiting from the setting, this apartment offers the magnificent Yarra River view from above. Entering the unit, you'll be welcomed by an open-concept room setting for the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Fully equipped kitchen has a kitchen island and all the utensils you need to cook a meal such as a stove, oven, and microwave. A dining table is available for six people to sit together while having a feast. Right next to it, lies a comfortable long leather couch that can be folded out for the 5th person to sleep. Otherwise, it can be just an entertainment space for the whole group while gathering or watching TV. The two bedrooms are furnished with a queen size bed in each. Both also come with a window that gives natural sunlight. One bathroom is equipped with a washer and dryer, while the other is ensuite. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself. Facility: Unfortunately all facility (pool, gym, spa, steam, sauna & bbq) on level 10 are only available for long term residents. If you wish to use the facilities there will be an extra fee of $180 + GST Per person (adult and child 14 years above) for an induction that needs to be done and only take place on Wednesday 6:30PM - 8:30PM and Saturday 12.30PM - 2.30PM. The concierge will provide the access card either immediately after the induction or within 3 days after the induction done. For this reason why we do not include facility as default offering of this Airbnb listing. If you stay 1 week or more and like to access the facilities, please let the us know and we can register you to the concierge for the induction.
