Just a 5 minute walk to the centre of Brewood, where you will find atmospheric pubs, restaurants, quirky local shops, tea room & convenience stores. Endless areas of local interest on your doorstep if you fancy an adventure or just sit back and relax! The space Stunning Log fired lounge with a rustic timber wall feature. Sofa, smart tv with Netflix. Wi-Fi access. Kitchen area with Microwave Oven, Fan Assisted Oven, Grill, Gas Hob, Fridge Freezer, Toaster, Kettle, Plates & Cutlery. We provide Instant Coffee, Tea, Peppermint Tea, Hot Chocolate, Sugar and Sweetener. Luxurious downstairs bathroom with shower and complimentary fittings. We provide all Bedding, Towels, Hairdryer, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel, Soap and Hand-wash. The cosy bedroom located on the first floor with comfy king sized bed, dressing table, bedside drawers. Wardrobe with hangers provided. Beautiful woodland views from bedroom windows. The Hot Tub is located just outside the door, we provide extra towels & bath robes for this to make sure you have enough during your stay. It is checked and maintained daily and is set to 38 degrees. For children under 12 please note there is no stair gates or fire guard around the log burner. Guest access Electric gates secure the entrance to the property. You have access to the annexe which is to the right of the driveway, and 2 parking spaces. There is a key code box on the wall next to the door, the code will be sent to you upon arrival. Other things to note Hot Tub Rules; - Please wear swimwear - Please shower before using the Hot Tub - Do not use after 11pm - No guests to enter the Hot Tub wearing any oils, creams or fake tan as it will cause damage to the Hot Tub and discolour (to orange) the water, and affect the filtration system - Guests with open cuts or sores should avoid using the hot tub for hygiene reasons. - Do not consume food or smoke in the Hot Tub - Do not use glassware in or near the Hot Tub please use the plastic glasses provided - Do not drink alcoholic beverages as the heat can intensify the effects of alcohol. - Close the lid when the Hot Tub is not in use - Do not use the Hot Tub continuously for more than a maximum of 30 minutes at a time as this will result in temperature loss and deterioration in the water quality – leave at least a one-hour gap between each period of use - Over 16 years of age only - All guests must Read the Hot Tub Safety Rules, and sign the Disclaimer Waiver before use
