Welcome to our home, (Personal apartment rented from time to time!) A large and beautiful architect-designed apartment on the ground floor of a small building overlooking a large garden and private terrace. The apartment is on two levels. Very quiet on the bedroom side, very bright on the living room side. Large living room. Located 5 minutes' walk from Rue des Rosiers, where the mythical flea and antique district of Saint-Ouen and the Bauer stadium are located. Metro 4, 13, 14: 10 min walk The space On the ground floor: It has a master bedroom with a double bed. In the very bright basement part thanks to the huge floor-to-ceiling windows of the upper room: A bedroom for 1 or 2 children and possibility to add a baby bed for a baby or 1 adult (one of the children's beds is 200 x 90) and possibility to put an extra baby bed. It also has an open office area but with a large sofa bed for 2 adults. Large bathroom with bathtub. It is bright and pleasant, quiet. It remains our personal accommodation and not a place dedicated to rental, which is why our personal belongings are there and you have to live with it, which is also what makes the place charming. The apartment is suitable for a family with children and babies. The two downstairs bedrooms are children's bedrooms, both with 3 single beds. And an extra cot.
