Its 5400 m2 plot will leave room for your children to flourish and enjoy the swimming pool secured by a 9x4 heated roller shutter, as well as the outdoor trampoline. You can enjoy the calm and unobstructed views of the Ardèche on the large west-facing terrace and a magnificent sunset. A barbecue and a pizza oven will delight your evenings with friends. The space The house consists of an entrance, a first part to live with kitchen, living room with panoramic sofa bed (tv with netflix, video bonus) and dining table, a desk with queen size bed (160x200), a large shower room with double sinks, and a baby room with cliclac bed (quality mattress 140x190) and a crib. A second relaxing part with baby foot bonzini, 4-seater fabric sofa and focal home theater set. Two children's bedrooms, one with two 90 cm beds and a children's mezzanine, the other with 2 190 x 90 cm single beds. The two bedrooms overlooking a bathroom (under construction but usable) a double sink and a spa bath. A last part with laundry room, master suite, with king size bed (180), a toilet, and a modern double shower. The house has a refreshing floor in all rooms. Outside, a pond is being developed, with a river, waterfall and some fish. The whole area is not fenced and requires parental supervision. A vegetable garden as well as an orchard will be available depending on the season to enjoy any crops. A chicken coop at the back of the land will allow you to enjoy fresh eggs on a daily basis.
