Waterview Cabin Retreat with Kayaks

Welcome to Hideaway Haven, a bright, family-friendly Lake Martin retreat for up to 6 guests. Relax on the large covered porch, enjoy a partial water view, and explore nearby community amenities. Please note: The cabin is not waterfront and does not have a dock or direct water access. The community beach, boat ramp, fishing piers, and other water-access areas are located elsewhere in the neighborhood. The space Hideaway Haven is a cozy, light-filled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin designed for relaxing family getaways. Sleeping Arrangements: • Main bedroom with queen bed • Second bedroom with queen-over-queen bunk bed • Sleeps up to 6 guests Living & Entertainment: Relax in the comfortable living area beside the electric fireplace, enjoy the 55-inch Smart TV, stream music through the Bluetooth sound system, or play one of the provided board games. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are also available. Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, utensils, and a coffee and tea station. Enjoy meals indoors or outside at the porch dining table. Covered Porch: The large covered porch features comfortable loungers, a 32-inch Smart TV, a dining table, a charcoal grill, and a partial water view. Family-Friendly Extras: A Pack ’n Play with sheets, convertible high chair, children’s dinnerware, baby safety gates, beach towels, and other infant essentials are provided. The cabin is also pet-friendly and includes dog bowls and treats. Guest access Guests have private and exclusive access to the entire cabin, large covered porch, and designated parking area, including space for a boat trailer. Guests may also use the neighborhood’s community amenities: • Community boat ramp • Community fishing piers and docks • Community beach area • Complimentary kayaks - Hideaway Haven guests only, located under the porch. Important: These amenities are not located at the cabin. They require a walk or short drive within the neighborhood, and community docks and water-access areas are available on a first-come basis. The cabin does not have a private dock, shoreline, or direct water access. Guests are responsible for transporting the kayaks from the cabin to the community water-access area. Other things to note Security Camera: One exterior security camera is located at the top of the front stairs. It points only toward the driveway and front stairs and does not monitor any interior spaces. Early Check-In: Early check-in may be available if the cabin was unoccupied the previous night. Please ask in advance. Late Checkout: A later checkout may be available depending on the cleaning schedule. Please ask in advance. Luggage Drop-Off: Luggage drop-off may be arranged after 12:00 PM with advance notice. Pets: Pets are welcome with a $100 pet cleaning fee. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin.
