Modern studio for a single person

This is a studio located on the ground floor of our house. It has it's own separate entrance. It is ideal for someone needing to stay in London for work or personal reasons, short or long-term It is a quiet residential area and has outside space with benches and grass. It is walking distance to Canary Wharf. Nearby stations: -South Quay DLR (most direct and 8-10 mins walk) -Crossharbour DLR (7-10 mins walk) -Canary Wharf: Jubilee Line, DLR, Elizabeth Line (10-15 mins walk) The space The studio will be equipped with a single bed, desk and wardrobe. The kitchen area has an induction cooker, oven, dishwasher and an under-counter fridge-freezer. There is a kettle, toaster and microwave as well as cutlery. Also some pots and pans, and cleaning products. There is also spare bedding available. For the bathroom, toilet paper, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel will be provided. The studio is equipped with an iron, a hair dryer and a vacuum cleaner. Guest access The guest will have access to the entire studio space. Other things to note Please note that the studio apartment is a space within our home. It is on the ground floor. We live directly above the studio with two small children, so there will be footsteps and noise. We also work from home. Guest can have one additional guest who can sleep on the spare single mattress on the floor at no extra cost (but it may not be very comfortable). Otherwise, we can provide a foldable single bed for £50/night with at least 48 hours' notice. There is guest parking available for up to 4 hours, but you would need to let us know so we can provide the permit that needs to be displayed on the vehicle.
