This bright cosy apartment with a small but separate bedroom, kitchen and balcony is located in the heart of Torrevieja, just a 10-minute walk (500m) to the famous promenade and city beach Playa del Cura with numerous souvenir shops, shops, restaurants and bars. The space The lounge has a dining area, a seating area with a comfortable sofa bed. Flat-screen TV ( 4K, Smart-TV, Netflix). Air conditioning works for heat and cold. The small kitchen has everything you need: electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. The flat has high speed internet and in the bedroom there is a built-in wardrobe. Bed linen, towels and cleaning supplies are provided and included in the price. The house has a large communal pool with barbecue area and sports ground. In the season in Torrevieja a lot of tourists come because of its excellent climate, magnificent beaches, beautiful well maintained streets and boulevards, as well as picturesque parks. Torrevieja's unique geographical position, with the sea on one side and the salty lakes on the other, means that it has an ideal climate that is highly beneficial to human health.
