The space The house is a newly renovated and over a 100 years old. It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a cute front porch, brick patio for lounging in the rear and a fenced in back yard. The house includes original features such as 11ft tall ceilings, a few fireplaces with tiles and mantle woodwork and the original wooden floors. It is all one level with two steps on the front porch & a few stairs leading to the backyard. The house includes a full kitchen with all essential appliances and cookware. Basic cooking supplies are included in the pantry. Washer and dryer included in-unit with detergent. We have a infant/child friendly home with a booster seat, pack-&-play, play mat, toys/books and dinnerware set. The primary bedroom includes a queen size bed with a private bathroom (directly across the hall) and the secondary bedroom includes two full size beds as well as an attached bathroom. Extra bedding and towels are in both bedrooms. There is also an air mattress with bedding and couch in living room for additional sleeping options. Other amenities are listed in the description. Guest access Guests have access to the house which includes a washer and dryer in unit, beautiful front & back porches and fenced in back yard. The front porch has ceiling fans for a nice breeze and classic rocking chairs. There are 4 free parking spaces — the front driveway can fit two vehicles or a large moving van/truck and then a large 25 feet x 25 feet gravel parking area in the back of the property for additional cars/moving vehicles. Please do not park on the street in order to reduce cars on the road. Other things to note 1) The Wifi is incredibly fast thanks to Gooogle Fiber. 2) If you have kiddos, we have a pack & play, a booster seat, children’s books, a children’s play rug, dishes/utensils and there is a memory foam safety rail guard/ bed bumper located in the bathroom closet.
