Dry Dock 5 Cottage Queen bedroom and pullout sofa

Queen bed in private bedroom and pullout couch in family room. This is our signature dry dock unit, the honeymoon suite. Recently renovated one bedroom cottage. Great for vacation, honeymoon, work, small family stays. 2 big smart TV's, large kitchen and dining area, family room with pull out queen hybrid mattress. Plus, bathroom has 2 mirrors with a make-up desk and chair. Large brand-new Stove, fridge and kitchen stocked for light cooking. House has all towels and bedding, shampoo n soap! The space Tile floors throughout cottage. Full size kitchen with new appliances. Queen sized beds. Private sitting area at front door with a covered patio and an additional large shared patio with grill and fire pit in backyard area for all guests with picnic tables, a grill, and fire pits. You can park right at your front door of loading and unloading your car. The cottage a wall mounted heating and AC unit. That you can control the temperature with. We have additional fans in the closet along with an air purifier. Guest access We have Schlage digital locks. Airbnb will generate a unique code for your stay, which will be in your reservation information in the arrival guide. You’ll be able to use it to access your self check in. We also have a key box. If for any reason, technology fails you and the digital code does not work. You were able to call Airbnb customer support and they will give you a backup code to get the key out of the metal key box to open the digital lock. We do have an on-site manager. And during daytime hours he is able to assist you. We are available during daytime hours alsowith questions via the app. Other things to note The backyard area is shared. We do ask that if you have a pet that you let us know. We do ask that pets are on leashes at all times. And when possible, please take the animals to the area behind the fence to use for going to the bathroom. As always please pick up immediately after your pets. And we do have dog poop bags hanging on the fence. We do realize that pets will not always make it back to that area. But we do try to keep dogs from going to the bathroom in the area where our guests may want to play yard games out front. Absolutely no smoking in the units. Any kind. You’ll be charged a large cleanup fee so that we can ready the cottage for the next guest if smoking has been done in the unit. If you do plan on using the fire pits. We do try to stock wood. It is $10 a bundle. You are welcome to bring your own. In addition at times it does run out. You can get wood at the local grocery stores and or beer distributors typically in this area
