Our house is located in a private condominium just steps from the Ibiraquera Lagoon, an ideal place for kitesurfing and stand-up paddleboarding. You can enjoy your days in this quiet and wooded paradise or also enjoy the lively life of Praia do Rosa and Garopaba. The space has 280 sq. meters of built area, 3 bedrooms all with air conditioning, one of them being a suite with a whirlpool, two spacious living rooms (both with a fireplace), an integrated kitchen, and an equipped laundry room. The space The suite features a king-size bed, a hot tub for couples with chromotherapy, a gas shower, air-conditioning and a private balcony overlooking the lagoon and space for a hammock. In the first bedroom, a trundle bed, air conditioning and mezzanine with the option to add a mattress for another guest. In the second bedroom, double bed and air conditioning (demi-suite). On the second floor there is a large living room with TV and Home Theater, fireplace and balcony overlooking the woods to relax. On the first floor, there is the integrated kitchen with a dining table for 8 people, barbecue, living room with fireplace, toilet, bathroom, with electric shower, 2 decks with sun loungers and hammock for resting. The garage area provides space for cars, a shower after the beach and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine.
