You have a separate entrance (photo) in the single-family house to a 41 m² apartment with bathroom, small bedroom, hallway and spacious apartment with kitchen incl. kettle, toaster, coffee maker. Everything on one level without stairs or steps. A Kinderkraft Sofi plus baby crib and highchair are provided free of charge. The apartment is very quiet on the outskirts of Greifenhain (Saxony). A bakery is nearby. You can park for free directly on the premises. The space You will stay here in the middle of nature, can enjoy the tranquility and fresh air in the countryside, hear the birds chirping in the morning and still see a fantastic starry sky in the evening. Nevertheless, you are only 3 km from the highway entrance. The popular Harthsee is 5 km away and can be reached by bike in 20 minutes. The apartment is ideally suited for 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children or 2 couples, as a double bed and a sofa bed are available. An extra bed is possible. Air conditioning is not necessary, as the location of the apartment offers pleasant relaxation and cooling in midsummer, even at over 30 degrees. Guest access You have the apartment (max. 4 people, toddlers up to 6 years free) for yourselves and may use everything. In the summer, there is a seating area for our guests in the garden behind the house. Barbecuing is possible by arrangement. Check-in will take place contactless. We provide our guests with free Wi-Fi (fiber optic connection). Other things to note The apartment is suitable for travelers, short breaks, relaxation and of course also for shorter or longer stays of interns or as a FITTER ROOM (2 to 3 people with extra bed possible) Please inquire separately. No washing machine! Bed sheets and towels are available and are washed by me at 60 degrees without fabric softener.
