The space Entering the apartment and to the left, there is a large bright living room with a corner sofa-bed with an extra mattress, a desk, a 65" smart TV with Netflix & Cosmote TV and a balcony. On the right, after the hallway with the storage cabinets, we find the fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom, in which there is a double bed, a 55" smart TV with Netflix & Cosmote TV, a/c, a three-leaf built-in wardrobe and the 2nd balcony of the apartment. Due to this layout, it is comfortable to accommodate 4 people, as guests can isolate themselves in two different spaces. The apartment has a WI-FI network with easy access via QR code, smoke detector, safe and armored door, window frames with the highest level of soundproofing, as well as heat pump for cooling (with a/c) and heating (with radiators) throughout the house.
