The AGAIN Downtown Premium Suite is located next to a Metro stop and is a renovated modern apartment, on the 3rd floor of a listed building, overlooking the heart of Thessaloniki from its balcony! Its central location will give you the opportunity to tour important landmarks of the historic city center and in combination with the provision of FREE indoor parking space, the experience of your stay at the accommodation, will exceed your every expectation! The space Entering the apartment and to the left, there is a large bright living room with a corner sofa bed with an extra mattress, a desk, a 65” smart TV with Netflix and a balcony. On the right, after the corridor with the storage closets, we find the fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom, in which there is a double bed, a 55” smart TV with Netflix, a/c, a three-leaf built-in wardrobe and the 2nd balcony of the apartment. Due to this layout, 4 people can be accommodated comfortably, as guests can be isolated in two different spaces. The apartment has a WI-FI network with easy access via QR code, smoke detector, safe and armored door, frames with the highest level of sound insulation, as well as a heat pump for cooling (with a/c) and heating (with radiators) throughout the house. Bed linen, towels, slippers, individual shampoos and shower gels are provided. A playpen with a mattress and all the necessary bed linen to accommodate a small child are available in the apartment. Finally, 1 indoor parking space is provided for FREE, in a private parking lot, 30 meters from the apartment. Guest access The entire apartment is available to our guests. Access is first by stairs and then by elevator (the elevator is available from the first floor).
