Kingfisher House boasts an immaculate kitchen diner, Fully equipped for self-catering stays with integrated appliances, you’ll have everything you could need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals and enjoy at the dining table with five comfy dining chairs. The living space includes comfy sofas and a 50-inch flat-screen smart TV, where you can log in to your favourite streaming services. The perfect place to unwind during your stay and to keep up with your favourite shows or spend quality time with your party. The main bathroom suite is a modern space where you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the bathtub. The space is complete with a wash basin and WC. Kingfisher House sleeps 5 people comfortably across 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom is on the top floor of the house, inclusive of a super king zip & link bed and a luxury addition of an en-suite. The bed can be split into two singles should it be required for your stay. The second floor has two bedrooms. One of which is a roomy twin room and the other is a cosy single room. All with comfy & plush bedding for a good night's sleep. Kingfisher House boasts free WiFi throughout & free of street parking on a private driveway for 2. As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. We also supply toilet rolls. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby. The location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A19 & A66 within easy access making the property hugely accessible for all major employers, tourist attractions, proximity to Teesside & Newcastle airport and the North Easts luxury wedding venues. If your party is larger than the property accommodates, we do have several properties in the area in which we can accommodate all of your party.
