The property is located in a tranquil acreage setting, on Hambledon Hill, in Singleton. It's 4 minutes to Singleton CBD, close to all amenities, surrounded by trees and gardens, relax and enjoy the bird life and occasional visits from our friendly local wallabies and kangaroos. We invite you to stay in our houses. We are an international family, no matter where you are from, welcome to our home! The space The room is in Eden House, Room4. It has a queen bed, a single bed. it shares the main bathroom and one extra toilet with Room5. It has Wardrobe, AC, fan, TV, Kettle, tea& coffee, etc. Eden House has five guest rooms, four bathrooms and five toilets, a full kitchen, a big lounge and a few sets of outdoor tables. Aga House has three guest rooms downstairs, a kitchen, a big lounge for guests. The swimming pool is at the back of Aga House, with BBQ and outdoor table. Owners live in Aga House, upstairs. Guest access The kitchen, lounge and outdoor tables are shared by all guests. During your stay We try to welcome all our guests on their arrival. However, when this is not possible on our guest's arrival, we will check in with our guests at some stage throughout their stay to make sure they are happy.
