Lily’s Pad - Private retreat in Lymington

A beautiful annex ( one open living space ) situated within 15 min stroll of Lymington high street. It has private Outdoor patio/, with sitting and dining covered area, BBQ, outdoor cold water shower, sun beds . Ideal for couples , animal lovers , families with up to 2 young children. For children age 5 and up- additional price of £25 on off charge per stay is applied. The space The annex has Open plan living area. At the entrance there is the sitting area, with TV, music, mini bar , games etc. Following is a fully equipped kitchen , with butcher’s block and everything needed to prepare food. There is microwave, air fryer , induction top and oven . The dining table can sit up to 4 . A baby chair is available on request The sleeping area is at the end of the annex. It is not separate from the rest. But provides a relaxing atmosphere . There is comfortable double bed and a single sofa bed for extra guest. A travel cod or Moses basket is available on request , prior to arrival . The Interior is crisp and clean, creating relaxing atmosphere. My studio is totally equipped with everything my guests may need . And I would do everything to provide whatever else they may require. The space is warm, with access to outside area, with bbq , fire burner , dinning, sun lounging , outside cold shower etc. The bathroom is compact but well presented with fresh towels. On request cooked breakfast is available for additional price , as well as fresh bedding/ towels, beech towels, cool box and more. Guest access On arrival , my guests can park their car at purposely allocated parking space , only for their use and within the premises of the property. It is self check in . The code for the key is sent to each guest prior to their arrival. Other things to note I operate on HONESTY policy. Everything that is offered as “extras” like our Honesty mini bar and snacks , additional towels / bedding, beach towels , bikes , and anything else that may be required is charged additionally, cash only . For Guests who stay longer than 2 nights, i offer cleaning services for at a fix price. A cooked breakfast or dinner is also available for additional price . I love what we do and are very proud in what we have created and offer to our guests. With that In mind we ask that our guests treat our beautiful Annex with care and leave it in good nick .
