Lovely house in Poggio

The house is located in a characteristic historic village, Poggio, nestled between the sea and the mountains. It is a true paradise for those who love to immerse themselves in nature and seek peace and serenity. Here time seems to stop. The peculiarity is that Poggio is pedestrian-only, perched on a mountain that allows spectacular views, and you can enjoy a cool hilly climate in the warmer months. The house and the village have been loved by me and my family since my daughters were little. The space It is a family house composed of: 3 bedrooms; two bedrooms have a double bed while one bedroom has two single beds (and it is possible to add a camp bed). 2 bathrooms; one with a shower and one with a tub A large sitting room with two sofas and a large lunch/dinner table. In the living room, there is a window with an enchanting view that offers magnificent sunsets. Eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, Moka, and everything needed for cooking. House equipment: Washing machine Hair dryer Refrigerator with freezer Dishwasher Coffee machine Table and chairs to put outside the house Sheets and towels provided Guest access Poggio is a small village close to traffic, where there are NO cars, mopeds, or bicycles. You can only circulate walking. Cars must be parked in the car parks bordering the town, arranged along the whole road around Poggio. Some parking spaces are free while others are paid for. Other things to note If desired, the guest can move the iron table and chairs out in front of the house to have an incredible breakfast/lunch/dinner outdoors in the square
