A well-appointed, tastefully decorated, three bedroom, two bathroom apartment located off Gippsland Street with views. The space The large open plan kitchen, dining and living area enjoys year-round climate control with reverse cycle air conditioning. Three decent sized bedrooms all have built-ins, great drying room for all your ski gear or in Summer-perfect for bike storage. There is also a shared laundry for the small complex of four units only. Silvers 1 is a ground floor unit easily accessed from two off street car spaces. Silvers has a pleasant southerly outlook and a nice grassed area at the entrance. Layout: Silvers 1 is all on one level. Bedding configuration: Set bedding configuration, can not be changed. Bedroom 1: Queen with ensuite Bedroom 2: Queen with ensuite Bedroom 3: 2 x Single Bunks All bedding, linen, and towels are supplied. You will be sent via SMS on the day of your arrival when the property is ready for you. Before the day of your arrival, once we have received your completed guest registration information, you will receive all relevant arrival information & directions via email. Interaction: We give our guests the space they need and are available when required. For any further assistance, questions or inquiries please contact our office between 9 am - 5 pm. We manage 60+ properties in Jindabyne, so if your desired property or dates are not showing please contact us directly and we will be able to assist you in finding the right property to make the perfect visit. Our properties are fully self-contained and all linen & towels are included. We do not complete a daily service of the apartments & houses. A small starter pack of detergent, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper & garbage bags are supplied to begin your visit. You will need to bring more of these items or buy locally if you are here for more than two nights. Other things to note Guests will be required to complete a virtual check-in prior to arrival. This includes providing a photo ID, a credit card for the security deposit and signing our lease agreement via digital upload. If you are entering the Kosciusko National Park Entry Fees Apply - All vehicles entering the Kosciuszko National Park are required to have an entry permit displayed on their vehicle and can be purchased either online or from the Snowy Region Visitors Centre in Jindabyne, Cooma, Tumut or Khancoban.
