Please no outside shoes indoor. Close ALL doors gently and quietly (turning the door knob helps). Don’t pull up any blinds or open any windows. Please clean up the kitchen or there will be a $50 cleaning fee. All cooking supplies could be found by the kitchen island. Do not open, knock or enter any other rooms in the house, including host refrigerator, pantry & storage. Do not bring any unregistered guest in the house. I would host other guest in the living and family room too. The space This is a private room in a 4 bedroom house. Your room left from the kitchen, down the hallway, 2nd room on the left. It’ll have a shared bathroom right across from the room. There is a dresser, TV, bedside table with lamp, table & lamp with USB, extension cord, chair, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and coffee maker too. All areas in the house is shared. Kitchen cooking and family room (sofa &TV) could be used except quiet hours 10pm -8am weekdays, 12am-9am weekends. Cleaning has to be done before quiet hours too. Using of microwave, coffee, maker, toaster and kettle are ok. There is a temporary guest sleeping on the futon in the family room during quiet hours. There is a partition room in the living room for single guest too. Guest access Guest can access to the bathroom, kitchen, living, family/TV and laundry room. There is a neighborhood community pool that you could use too. Ask me for the gate access card. Other things to note No outside shoes are allowed in the house. At the entrance there is a shoe rack where guest could leave their shoes. Guest could bring their shoes to their rooms too. Inside slippers, shoes or socks are permitted.
