The space Bright and airy high ceilings welcome you into the open beautiful home. Three full bathrooms and five comfortable bedrooms with desk workspace and closet storage . A king canopy bed in the primary, queen bed in two rooms, and full bed in the other two rooms, all quality beds and linens for rest and relaxation to sleep well. There is a wonderful living room with a smart tv and oversized sofas, plus spacious open kitchen and two dining areas. The house is well equipped and fully furnished. You will have the entire house to yourself. Guest access Secured entry in a gated community. You will have the entire house to yourself and access to the kitchen, dining, living room plus laundry room with each stay. Guests will have access to the full property except locked areas for safety. Driveway or Street Parking available for 2 cars total, sorry no RVs. Other things to note Up to 8 guests and 2 cars maximum. Minimum age 25 with valid ID and signature required. Be sure to read the House Rules. Housekeeping cleaning is done before and after every reservation. Extra cleaning may be available during your stay upon request with fee. Landscaping is done bi-weekly. Garbage day is picked up on Fridays. Note some lamps are connected by wall switch to turn on. Do not overload any appliances. Max Occupancy = up to 8 guests max Max cars = up to 2 cars parking on site Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am -NO PARTY OR EVENTS. No social gatherings. Events are prohibited. Any unauthorized Party/Event or large gathering will result in Penalty Fee of $500 and IMMEDIATE REMOVAL from the property with no refund. Ask about finding a proper venue nearby. The Legacy Golf Resort may host events, weddings, and fireworks on some weekends. -NO SMOKING/VAPING at the property inside nor outside backyard. NO Drugs of any kind. Drink responsibly. There will be a $1500 fee charged to clean up the smell. -NO Outside Visitors. You must register ALL the guests. No exceptions, the fee is $100/per extra visitor that is not registered in the booking. -NO PETS. Animals are prohibited on the premises, the fee is $250 and extra $250 pet cleaning fee and guest will be asked to leave. Ask about finding a sitter or proper boarding location. -NO ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE of the Property. No Loitering in front of the house. Refrain from disturbing the neighbors. PLEASE NOTE: -IF YOU or your guests damage the property, you will be charged accordingly. - There are security cameras on 24 hours at the exterior of the home.
