Ask about cheaper weekday rates Pets (rules below) Groups 8+welcome just ask 1st The space Down a quiet ROW you'll find our fully fenced property, with off street parking for 3 vehicles (or 2 + the boat). You'll be greeted by our north facing outdoor entertaining area, complete with dining table, outdoor sofa, Weber BBQ, pizza oven (incl ingredients & bread maker to make dough) & private spa. Further back you'll find the outdoor shower & fish prep bench, both are a must at the beach!. Inside you'll find an open plan kitchen (with a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine) & living area, we love our plush couch to sink into while enjoying a movie or playing one of the many board games or enjoying each other's company around the table. Finishing off the ground floor is a large room with queen bed, single room with bunks and bathroom. Upstairs you'll find a sanctuary, a large sunny master bedroom complete with ensuite and private patio with views out to the Brynderwyns. We know what it's like to live with teenagers, so we've converted the garage to a rumpus room (4th bedroom) complete with fold out sofas, entertainment, bunk beds and so much room for activities! Carpeted and insulated, its comfortable and importantly just that bit removed. We have decked the bach out with a basketball hoop, Corn Hole, Kubb, Bikes, Boogie Boards, and two big eskies. We're a kiwi family that loves to surf, be social and be connected, we hope you enjoy the space we've created for just that. Space for most recreational boats to be parked, enquire first. Guest access Other than a few locked cupboards with personal items, the house is yours to enjoy. Other things to note WIFI - Unlimited high speed. Linen - Linen provided is quality cotton and is included in the booking price. The house is equipped with sheet, duvets & blankets, pillows, bath towels, face cloths and bath mats. NB: Please supply your own towels for the beach. Coffee - Nespresso VERTUO machine and capsules provided. Pets - Welcome but only upon prior approval and $20 fee. The property is fully fenced but check the photos to ensure your fur ball can't escape. We have a crate in garage for sleeping, otherwise strictly outside at all other times. Please bring your own bedding for your fluffy companion, any damage caused by a pet will be communicated & billed to the booking. Large Groups - Families / groups of 8-12 guests welcome upon prior approval. We have additional linen in the Garage for the two fold out couches (located under the Chaise lounger) and there's additional bunks too. We ask that you have a great time with your guests, but please be respectful of our Bach and neighbours. Anti-social behaviour, vandalism & not being a great New Zealander will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the property immediately. Strictly no parties or large gatherings. For our safety and yours, the property does have monitored security cameras over the entrances. Pizza Oven / Fire - There's timber in the box and instructions in the compendium for use of the Pizza Oven & Fire including how to make your own pizza dough using the bread maker. We ask that before you use the pizza oven you locate the hose (on the house, behind the spa) just in case you need to grab it, and that one guests remains responsible for the fire. No fires after 10pm please. Spa - Instructions for use are in the compendium, please wind down and enjoy yourself. Gas - The home hot water and cooking runs on gas bottles, located behind the spa. Instructions to change bottles are in the compendium, and if you do need to change bottles during your stay please flick us a message and let us know so we can organise a replacement. Water - We're on tank water, so please be mindful of your water use.
