The place is an ecological condominium, where electricity is generated through solar panels, so it is not possible to use appliances that consume too much electricity, such as microwave ovens, hair dryers, electric stoves, etc. The neighbors take care of the native flora and fauna, trying to intervene as little as possible in the environment.
