The space Peaceful and quiet waterfront neighborhood with small park in walking distance. This " little piece of country in the city" is only minutes from shopping, restaurants, movies, and fun! Enjoy the beautiful NEW backyard with a "beach" just for your pleasure. Check Daisy out enjoying the warm sand! Swing with the motion of the waves and watch the Dolphins play and feed! Guest access The drive alongside the house brings you to the back where your access is located. Up a flight of stairs to the full porch and the keyless entry to your space. During your stay I give my guests space but am available when needed Other things to note We have a very friendly puppy that likes to jump... that we would rather you not encounter on the stairs! She is indoors when we are not home. When we are home, she comes and goes but mostly indoors. We have the back yard fenced for her and appreciate that the yard gates are kept closed. Just let us know if you are coming (or going) and she is out so we can get her leashed.
