Close to Derby, shopping and restaurants, and 15 minutes from downtown Wichita. Abundant wildlife is safe here including wild turkey, deer, ducks, mallards, geese and much more. Located on a paved road tucked away with over 500 trees including black walnut, sycamore, maple, willow and giant cottonwoods. No Hunting or shooting. The space The 10 acre country setting has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, great room, dining area and country kitchen. There are two decks for dining, and taking in the beautiful views, or simply to relax. Guest access Access to all 10 acres and house. Other things to note We are NOT set up for children or infants under the age of 7. All children must be potty trained and able to swim. There is a large pond and several bodies of water around the property. Children must be accompanied by an adult outside at all times.
