Quiet bohemian apartment with open kitchen

Welcome to my nice little apartment with two rooms and open kitchen. Bathroom and kitchen from 2021, living room/kitchen with the possibility of extra bedding. Bedroom with double bed. The other bed is in the kitchen/living room. The apartment is located on the top 3rd floor and is very quiet. Close to the subway, shopping, cafes and parks. I am happy to assist with tips and answer questions. If you wish, I will make up the extra bed in the living room, but as a rule I make it up in the bedroom. The space This is my private home, where I live on a daily basis but rent out when I am occasionally away for a weekend or on vacation. In other words: expect a nice and clean place, but it is not an impersonal rental apartment that only serves the purpose of having vacation guests. The bedding doesn't match. The towels aren't the same, and I have my own things in the fridge, while there are two shelves for you. There is a kitchen with everything you need. Two gas hobs, refrigerator, electric kettle, waffle iron. No freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Guests must clean up after themselves. There is oil, vinegar, spices, coffee and tea, which guests are welcome to use. The apartment has a loft, which I do not clean unless you ask me to. However, it should be noted that it is quite hot up there. In winter, due to a heating pipe and in summer, due to the heat from outside. I need to know as soon as possible if bedding is desired here. There is a large, cozy, shared private garden.
