Cozy cottage on the hill overlooking the lake with a living space that offers a unique vibe with it's cathedral ceiling, fireplace, and floor to ceiling windows. Newly renovated bathroom. The two bedrooms accommodate 4 guests comfortably. We have high-speed wireless internet, satellite and Roku TV. All essentials supplied. Hiking, bicycle, ATV and sled trails along with ski hills are all within short driving distance. Your dog is welcome here! Winter tires needed on snowy days. The space Spacious main bedroom has a high quality king mattress, the guest room is much smaller in size but is set up with a comfy full size mattress. The kitchen has all regular size appliances including a dishwasher. Keurig coffee maker is at your disposal and we supply the coffee. The living space is accessorized with a wood burning fireplace (wood included) for added coziness. The outdoor space offers a screened in gazebo with table and chairs. If you prefer the great outdoor you'll be happy with the sitting area around the firepit (we also supply the wood). The cottage sits on a 4 acres lot, feel free to wander the woods behind the garage and the cottage. Guest access Parking can accommodate 4 cars. For those bringing a boat, ATV or sled on a trailer, note that it is not possible to turn around with a trailer hooked up to a vehicle. It will have to be done manually. Also note that the cottage sits on top of a hill and winter tires will be needed to dive up all the way on snowy days. Other things to note An adjustable desk with 27" monitor is set up in the living space for those who wish to work during their stay.
