You'll find everything you need in this zen apartment, including: • a comfortable full size bed (140 x 200cm) facing the courtyard lending itself to a restful night's sleep • a tranquil living room with views on the park and with a beautiful antique day bed (90 x 190cm) • an extra large desk for those who need to work remotely (located in living room) • a small but fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, toaster, water kettle, Nespresso machine, and everything you need to cook healthy meals • a separate WC and a bathroom with a tub to take lavish baths • a washing machine • fast WiFi It’s central location is ideal for everyone: those visiting Paris for the first time as well as those who know Paris like the back of their hands. Just let us know what you prefer so that we can best meet your needs. Other things to note •This apartment is located on the 4th floor with NO ELEVATOR. Be ready to carry your bags up the stairs. 😅 •The sleigh bed in the living room is only available with bed linen by request. Please ask beforehand if you both want to sleep separately. •Bed & Bath linen are provided. Only 1 towel per guest for short term stays. •A welcome kit includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and shower gel. Please be prepared to buy more if it you use it all during your stay. **Being a 4th floor apartment, summer time can get quite warm. Older buildings do not have central air and I don't own an air conditioning unit. I use a portable fan and open the windows to catch the cross breeze to ventilate the apartment. Please keep this in mind before booking.** We try our best to accommodate requests for early check-in/late check-out.
