This roomy efficiency-style suite has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is one of three units that share a free laundry room, yard, patios and parking. It is located less than 10 minutes from downtown, KSU campus, shopping, and the lake, in a great neighborhood on the north east part of town. The space This is an efficiency apartment inside a single-level home. The home has been converted into three apartments that share a laundry room. The yard is spacious and has plenty of parking. It is well-lit and has security cameras for your safety and comfort. Unit B has a comfortable king bed, with extra pillows and blankets, a table and chairs for two guests along with a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a tub, shower, and plenty of hot water, there is a hair dryer plus soap, shampoo, and conditioner if you forget yours. There is a 55" TV with HBO Max, Disney+, Hulu, and more streaming channels. The kitchenette has a Keurig with pods for coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, an upright refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave/air fryer, as well as plates, glasses, and silverware. We even have a corkscrew and wine glasses. There is plenty of closet and dresser space for longer stays or just to hang up those nicer outfits. The shared laundry is free to use and has an iron and ironing board. We have tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable, whether for a day a week, or a month. Quiet, residential neighborhood on the northeast side of Manhattan. 3 minutes from Tuttle Creek Lake, 6 minutes from the KSU sports complex, 5 minutes from NBAF, 10 minutes from downtown Manhattan, and only 12 minutes from Colbert Hills Golf Course. Guest access The entrance is located in the back of the building with a well-lit wide sidewalk and no stairs. The Teal Room has an inner door that leads you to a laundry room that is shared with two other apartments. Your unique door code only works for the duration of your stay and codes are deleted at check out.
