Unearth the many triumphs and tribulations hidden within the century old walls, her history intertwined with tales of merchant sailors, local shipwrecks, colonial English gentry, and hard-fought agricultural battles. This is a Tasmanian story telling inn and each of our seven luxurious suites have a compelling tale to tell. Whilst all suites are unique, what they do share are impeccable attention to detail. Think historical artefacts, original artwork, bespoke joinery and custom fittings. Every suite boasts rich linens, sumptuous feather and down pillows and mattress toppers, hand stitched cushions, a contemporary ensuite with walk in shower, and indulgent Salus toiletries. Amongst all the expected staples, the custom kitchenette includes a microwave, coffee pod machine and bar fridge. All stays include a simple continental breakfast of fresh bread, Tasmanian jams & yoghurt, two-fruits, milk, juice, a selection of cereals, tea and coffee.
