The perfect location to enjoy the Palermo neighborhood. Surrounded by bars and restaurants. Each room has premium mattresses, bedding, towels, minibar, air conditioning, heating, wifi and smart TV. The house has common areas such as a kitchen, dining room and a small shared toilet. The space You will book the entire house consisting of 4 en-suite bedrooms. The only room on the ground floor is adapted for reduced mobility. (The other bedrooms are accessed by stairs). Some rooms have a minibar, wifi (very good), smart TV, premium mattresses and a full bathroom. The property is located in a strategic corner of the Palermo Soho neighborhood. When you leave the house, you'll find the famous restaurant "El Club de la Milanesa". In front is the Temple brewery (the most popular in Buenos Aires). On the corner is the Armenian Square, where craft fair stalls are set up. A beautiful area to explore, full of gastronomic proposals, shops and green spaces. The property has a living/dining room with TV + cable channels, a table to enjoy a rich coffee and a bathroom. A kitchenette with a coffee maker and electric kettle, microwave and toaster. Each room is fully equipped with a set of premium sheets and towels and a hairdryer, so you don't have to bring anything, just the desire to rest. A private bathroom, without a bidet and shower. Everything to make your stay a beautiful one! Guest access The whole house is available for use. You rent the entire house for you and your group. This is not a shared home with guests Other things to note The accommodation will be ready safely after 3 pm. Self check-in. On the day of check-in, we will provide you with the information to remove the apartment keys from a box with a code that will be left at the entrance door to the house. Do you need to check in before 3pm? If it's possible, I can only confirm it the day before your arrival, since that same day it will probably be vacated at 10 am and we'll have just enough time to prepare it
