Family friendly townhouse with two en-suite bedrooms on the third floor. Both rooms have a 50” TV. The third bedroom is in the basement and has a bunk bed and a sectional. This room and the living room have 53” TVs. High speed internet. Guests will have to login to their own streaming accounts. Close to multiple family friendly amenities. Guest access There will not be access to the garage and one closet Other things to note There is a fireplace but it isn’t functioning right now. We are working to get it fixed soon. The townhouse has a lot stairs. You must go up a flight to get inside. It is three floors. There is a garage but guests will not have access. There is one parking spot in the driveway. There are a few neighborhood parking spots as well. Please be respectful of neighbors using the spaces. There is a sunroom and outdoor space but they are unfurnished in the winter months. We do not allow any events on property. There is to be no more than six people on property and only six people to spend the night.
