New apartment built in 2022, quietly located in the Groene Hart but about 30 minutes from major cities such as Utrecht, Rotterdam, Leiden, Amsterdam. 10 minutes away from the A12 highway. An extra bed can be placed for child/baby for 7.50 p/night (max 1) T-Tax is 1.50 p/p p/n as a deposit of 250 EUR upon arrival before check-in. Use of the washing machine and dryer is 3 euros per turn each Hide The space This apartment, together with the adjacent apartment #9, was completed in summer 2022 and is equipped with every comfort. Downstairs is a nice spacious living room with kitchen. From the living room, you can look out from the French doors beautifully over the meadows. The kitchen includes a gas stove with 6 cooking pits, a dishwasher, combi microwave and fridge-freezer combination. Downstairs, there is a bedroom for 1 person, and there is also a toilet here. When you go up the stairs, you will find a bedroom with three separate box spring beds. 1 bed is higher. Then on this floor is a luxury bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. At the back of the hallway is the third bedroom with two box spring beds. The view from this bedroom over the meadows is magnificent. The bedrooms also have air conditioning upstairs. Guest access The apartment is fully available for your private use. You have your own private terrace. There is also at least parking space available for 1 car. The playground and grassland with outdoor barbecue is accessible to all our guests. There is also a laundry room with two washing machines and 1 dryer. These can be used by our guests for 3 euros per turn each.
