Small room with loft bed and sofa bed, table, chair and view into the green courtyard. Best for two, more only with child(ren) quite possible. In addition, a small kitchen-living room for sitting & chilling. Good public transport connection. Shop & café across the street. The space The cozy, quiet 3-room apartment by the forest and the "Neustadt," with wooden floors is inhabited by me and my cat. My kids aren't there when you're there. The apartment is very bright and has a small kitchen-living room, which sometimes accommodates more people. An extra bed is possible on request. You sleep in the loft bed, which you can comfortably reach via a walk-in closet. The room also has a sofa bed and desk. Guest access You can use the small kitchen and bathroom with tub as you like. The yard is the living space of the residents and therefore not a place for you to stay, better on the street or on the north corner... Thank you!
