This unit has its own parking slot near the reception. According to condominium regulations and for the mutual safety of tenants and guests, ALL guests and visitors must send a valid government ID with a photo by email in advance for local residents and a passport for foreigners. The Property Manager will get the authorized IDs for verification and authorization for staying in the unit and for using the amenities of the condominium.  Please switch off the lights and the air condition when you leave the unit in order to save energy. Please treat the condo like your own home. Please clean as you go and dispose of any leftover food correctly. You can put your trash in the larger bin near each floor's fire exit. You must also understand that any damages incurred during your stay will be your responsibility and cost.
