Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Close to Tipton station only 8 minutes walk. 17 minutes to Birmingham new street station from Tipton station. Car park free on site. Fully furnished and Netflix available. It’s a fantastic new build house and great location. The space It’s a house sharing with couple of guest in the house and we all respect and try to keep it quiet and clean for others. Guest access Gets can access the communal kitchen, bathroom and outdoor garden area in the house. During your stay I always share my local number so that guest can get in touch if they need any help during their stay. Other things to note All guest will do their own dishes after use and keep kitchen area clean after every use. Keep there room tidy and use appropriate bins for recycling and daily waste. Simple tours of the house and facilities will be provided on the day one to the guest. I am always around to help in they need anything. Kitchen and bathroom should be left clean after use every time. Once a month the kitchen and bathrooms will be deep cleaned by owner.
