Clinmore House has 4 ensuite guest rooms (Room 5).

Private room in bed and breakfast for 2 guests. The space We are located within a 10 minute walk of both Paignton and Goodrington beaches, bus and train transport links, local shops, restaurants and attractions. For the nostalgic, the Paignton to Dartmouth (via Kingswear) train runs past the bottom of our garden. We offer off street parking and a storage facility to store outdoor equipment. Breakfast includes cereals, toast and preserves, fruit juices and with hot beverages. If you'd like a cooked breakfast there's a charge per person. Guest access The breakfast room leading to the decking area is on the ground floor. All guest rooms are on the first floor, accessible via stairs. Each room has an en suite shower room, tea/coffee faclities, a fridge containing fresh milk (not UHT) and bottled Devon water, hairdryer, a fan and fitted wardrobes. During your stay We will meet you on your arrival and we're available to respond to queries as we live in the property. Other things to note Guest access There are 4 steps to both the main and patio entrances to the property. We are located at the bottom of the road next to a grassed area. Your satnav may direct you to the top of the road before the bridge. The driveway leading to the parking area is on the right hand side of the property.
