The space Let us walk you through the space. BEDROOMS - There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor of the villa. - ACs are provided in all rooms. - One room offers a flat-screen TV. - All rooms have attached bathrooms. - Both rooms have king-size beds. There's a sofa bed for guests to use. BATHROOMS - There are 2 private attached bathrooms in the villa - There's also 1 shared bathroom in the villa - The bathrooms are absolutely neat and tidy - The bathrooms have electric geysers for hot water COMMON AREAS - The living room has an AC. - It has seating arrangements for between 8-10 people - There's a terrace where guests can sit out. - A private swimming pool is available for the guests to use. - Children can splash around in the kids' pool. - There's a private lawn where guests can host events for up to 100 people at an additional cost. - Outdoor seating arrangements for 8-10 people are available. KITCHEN - The pantry is equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and water purifier. - Crockery is available for 8-10 people. - Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles, and reheating food. However, for elaborate meal preparations, a charge of Rs.1000 per day will be levied. The ingredients will be charged as per actuals. FOOD - Guests can choose to eat out or order from nearby restaurants. - Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa as well as the pools and lawn. The villa has a private entrance. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a dip in their private pool. A bonfire can also be set up for them. One can also head out to experience all that Udaipur has to offer HOME TRUTHS - While we promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we'd like to mention & ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The villa is located in a gated community and there are CCTV cameras in the outdoor areas for security purposes. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property - Having your own vehicle or renting a taxi is recommended, as the villa is located in a secluded location in the hills. - We are unable to offer Wi-Fi here. However, cellular network works fairly well. - Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM. - Drinking is allowed at the villa. - Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. However, you can smoke outdoors. - Pets are not allowed. - All-male groups are not allowed. - Kindly note that for any corporate bookings and events, a refundable security charge will be levied. - Please note that prices for organising events may differ from our regular stay prices.
