The condominium has a heated swimming pool overlooking the sea, soccer fields, basketball, tennis, beach tennis, beach volleyball, fitness center, kis space and playground for children, kiosk with barbecues, social club with barbecue, with concierge and 24-hour security. A wonderful place for family rest and leisure! Guest access Registered guests (maximum 6, including children) can use all common facilities (subject to the rules of the condominium), which includes swimming pool, courts, barbecues, etc. However, no guests are allowed in the condominium. Other things to note 1. No pets allowed 2. A maximum of 2 vehicles may be authorized to enter the condominium, with a guaranteed parking space in front of the house and the second space only if there is availability in the common areas. 3. The stipulated amount is for a maximum of 6 people, including children.
