Cozy and quiet apartment in the center of Riga

Enjoy a peaceful experience at this centrally-located 1 bedroom apartment. It's located on the 5th floor of a historical building. Cozy, romantic space with a view overlooking roofs of Riga's center. It's quiet and has everything you need. There is a theater across the street and many cafes around. 28 sqm apartment is freshly renovated whilst paying tribute to original features. The space Apartment is 28 sqm big and is set up for two people - a couple or close friends. Apartment has a 160 cm wide bed with one solid mattress. Bed is set up with linen bedding, there is 200x200 cm duvet and two pillows. Additional blankets or pillows on request. A travel cot for babies and toddlers is available on request as well as high baby chair. There is a small dining table with two chairs so you can enjoy meals or use the table for remote work. Additional desk for work is near to bed. Kitchen is fully set up with all the plates, cutlery, cups, pots, pans etc. There is a fridge, two-ring induction cooker, kettle. Bathroom has a shower and the toilet. There is a loud pump in the toilet that flushes the water. Guests tend to mention in their reviews that the pump is loud, but unfortunately there is no way to change anything there and it is strictly forbidden to throw paper in, it will result in fees if the toilet will be blocked. There is a bin provided for toilet paper. Apartment has iron, ironing board, hair dryer, towels, washing accessories. You can contact me easily if anything is missing. There is no washing machine in apartment, but if I'm at home, I offer to put the laundry in my washing machine or there is a laundromat around the corner you can use. If you need to store your luggage before or after check-out, this is always possible if no new guests have applied. There is storage space for your suitcase in the apartment so they won’t be in your way. On the last day, it is possible to stay in the apartment longer than specified, if the next guests have not applied. I have just finished the renovation so everything is fresh and new but I have kept some of the old features to respect the character of the building. Please no shoes past the door mat, because there is carpet everywhere. If you have any questions let me know.
